    if you d like to be alerted when we ve got new stuff going on sign up for our email newsletter at tacoma game com and you can follow TacomaGame on Twitter Thanks again for checking out our big announcement We re looking forward to having you along as we continue to build this thing Oh and below find a screenshot from the announcement trailer suitable for wallpapering your desktop or device All the best Steve Karla and the rest of the Fullbright team Dec 5 2014 76 notes September 2014 Introducing the Fullbright team Fullbright New name New logo New company blog Thanks for joining us Happy to have you here On this blog we ll be chronicling the goings on at the studio as we make our next game Behind the scenes info progress updates assorted silliness it ll all appear here But to start things off we d like to introduce the team we ve assembled You might know myself Karla and Kate from our work on Gone Home But you also may have noticed that we posted a couple of job listings not too long ago and those listings are no longer on the homepage The positions of Animator and Programmer have been filled So who are these new faces that are joining Fullbright And for good measure just who are the folks that have carried over from the Gone Home team Well Allow me to introduce ourselves We are Steve Gaynor Hey that s me I was writer and designer of Gone Home Prior to that I was a level designer on BioShock Infinite and BioShock 2 and was the lead designer and writer of the BioShock 2 DLC Minerva s Den I ll be writing our next game as well as helping out with design and overall direction And writing blog posts of course Karla Zimonja Karla was my story editor on Gone Home and did the 2D art in the game so those notes magazine covers labels and packaging were hers Before that we had a very similar working relationship on Minerva s Den where we worked together on the story and she made a bunch of awesome new posters and other printed materials in the world of Rapture On our next project she will once again be my story partner and the game s 2D artist Kate Craig Prior to being the 3D artist on Gone Home Kate spent a number of years working on mobile and social games We met her early on in Gone Home s development and couldn t believe how lucky we were to find such a talented 3D environment artist just when we needed one most She built the furniture architecture and almost every object in Gone Home as well as collaborating with me on the layout of the house She ll be continuing to build the incredible places you ll explore in our next game And now for the new people Tynan Wales Tynan s been

mode is a piece of level design jargon it means to turn off all the shadows in a level to see it in full bright mode for aligning textures in corners and things like that It started as the name of painted our cover based on a character design by Emily Carroll and environment art by Kate Craig In other words tons of hard work by a bunch of wildly talented artists went into the creation of this busy E3 New trailer New launch platform And a new way to support Fullbright and Tacoma All announced at E3 this year Phew It was certainly a hectic few weeks for the team leading up to E3 due in no small part to our producing a brand new trailer which was debuted as part of Microsoft s Xbox press briefing at E3 this year That s right Tacoma will be launching on Xbox One and PC Mac Linux when it s released in 2016 and Steve got to go up onstage at the Microsoft E3 event to introduce our brand new trailer Check out video of the big moment We didn t stop there though after the new trailer was revealed Steve joined host Sean Day 9 Plott onstage at the PC Gaming Show livestream to discuss more about what we saw in the new footage The segment s short and sweet but it was great to be able to
